Original bed arrived within a few days of being ordered. Took a few hours to assemble. Has been working really well. Ordered half rails for electric bed. Recently the care facility requested full rails after mom suffered minor fall. Didn't see full rails listed on Amazon just the full bed assembly so sent seller message at 5pm on Friday. They responded Sat that they were researching. They sent message Sun that someone would f/u with me Monday. First thing Monday got a call to place order for full rails. Order shipped by end of day and is expected by Wed. Can't recall last time I had such great supplier support and follow up. So glad the rails are compatible with bed and the price was ver reasonable as well.
Late delivery, no assembly instructions for full electric bed.

I ordered this full electric adjustable hospital bed, it was delivered six weeks later, and three weeks later than noted. It shipped in three cartons, all three had the same tracking number, so when the 1st carton (the mattress) arrived it was noted in Amazon that the full bed had been delivered, the other 2 cartons (bed/headboards) were delivered 5 days later, which was very confusing. The assembly was hard because the instructions were for the manual crank bed and not for the full electric adjustable hospital bed.
To assemble the bed we watch the YouTube video for the Medline hospital bed assembly, note: you have to remove the motor from where this company attached it for shipping, and install it sideways under the bed, also - remove the pegs in the legs for the full bed to raise and lower. Also had to watch another YouTube video on how to install the handrails.
There were no assembly instructions for any part of this full electric adjustable hospital bed included in any of the cartons.
After we finally assembled the bed, we love it! It's great for my mother-in-law who had a stroke and is fully paralyzed on her left side, she is bed ane wheelchair bound only, so having proper equipment for her as a disabled person is very important for her necessities of life care.

We needed a hospital bed, but we live above a garage and have a narrow staircase with17 steps. I have used the "rental" beds before, and was not happy with them.....plus did not think those could get up stairs. So I took a chance on this bed and I am very pleased. You would be too if you had seen the look of happiness on our "patient" when she saw and got on this bed....that she could adjust it the way she wanted is a huge plus. One person could assemble this bed, but two of us did it late at night. It probably took an hour by the time we were done. A big fault is the instruction book.....it is small, less that 1/2 size, with small print and tiny tiny sketches. We got on to U=tube and found a similar bed, but not the same, and some of the details differed and we wasted time. My plaintive note to this vendor/manufacturer is to post on a website a better set of installation instructions AND a list of parts. We wasted time puzzling over which part when were. Bummer. BUT, when done, we were proud and the bed works real well. Be sure to get the mattress with it, it is a good mattress and you do not a cheap thin flimsy substitute!

At present I'm not strong enough to get my feet into bed by myself, so having the bed go lower would be a great help. Suggestion"”luminous or bright paint on the remote control arrows would be a great help in the dark.
