If it's your first time buying a laser level, please do not worry when you see the laser part inside the level doesn't stand straight up!
When I tried to see the crossed laser, the horizon line seemed like one side was higher than the other. I thought it was defective and proceeded to exchange it. I had never used the laser level before, so I wasn't sure the laser part that didn't stand straight was normal. By the way, when I proceeded to exchange, the next day, they sent me another one. So quick!
Surprisingly, the second one was also the same in that the laser part wasn't straight up and I got confused. Of course, I Googled to look for an answer but couldn't find it.
I finally asked someone if it was kind of expected the laser part not to be straight up. When he tried both turned on, they are totally overwrapping and show a beautiful crossed line. So that means it's not defective and our apartment floor isn't straight. Aww
Additionally, stay turning on the laser level for a while and make sure the button on the top of the level stays green, not blinking.
After the examination, he was actually interested in having it, so I decided to keep both. I can't wait to do my DIY project on the wall!
