UPDATE 4/17/23: Customer Service reached out to me following this review and offered to replace the defective units. I received them in 3 days after they contacted me and they are working amazing this time! Great customer service as they have emailed to follow up and see if items are working properly. I will update again in a few months after we have used more!
Let me start by saying that we loved these when we first got them. They were awesome for our two kiddos on trips and easy to operate. Great sound, able to watch different dvds at once, earphones, etc.
Flash forward 2 months and the remote stopped working...no big deal...we just do without because the players are still great!
NOW only 6 MONTHS later - they no longer read disc's. They don't spin when you put them in or turn it off and on. We have tried multiple different discs with no luck. It is a shame because we recommended them to friends who bought them...hoping theirs are longer lasting than ours! I would expect more than 6 months use out of them. Don't think we would buy again if we knew this then.

Recently got this despite being kind of nervous it would break down. So far it hasn't. The company sounds like they will replace anyone's that breaks down, so we are good there. As for the actual product, it's actually what the reviews and pictures depict. It does have two players, and so far they have been working great. Only complaint is that, even after putting batteries into the remotes, both remotes did not work. However, there are buttons underneath the screen that act as a remote. It has been great watching DVDs in the car! Definitely good to keep the kids quiet during long road trips.

Update July 10 2023, after reaching out to the seller on amazon I was able to get a replacement as there is a 12 month guarantee, we got it yesterday and it is working great again and we have 2 happy kids! Here's to hoping the second one works as good as the one we still have from the first set that hasn't faltered at all.

They aren't the finest quality but for a 4 and 5 year old, it works for now. They tend to take them off of the seat and watch it in their laps. This doesn't help the durability I'm sure.
