I didn't see all the reviews complaining about mold before I placed my order, so I was super nervous. But these came perfectly okay, and I put them in the freezer.
Popped one in the toaster this morning and tried a piece of just bagel, and it was great - tasted just like a regular bagel and had the right (somewhat chewy) texture.
I made a little breakfast sandwich out of it (avocado, bacon, and egg whites) and it was truly fantastic. I enjoyed every bite.
If I can't find these in store, I would definitely take the risk and purchase these again.

I had never had any gluten-free bread or bagel that tasted pretty much like the original (not gluten-free). Here even the regular bagels taste like sliced bread! So we bought the bagels from Montréal's famous St. Viateur Bagels online. They make some of the best bagels in North America, very much like the original bagels in NYC. So I have nothing but the best to say about these bagels. 💠The only thing for me is that it is a bit pricey!

These are delicious and good quality Gluten Free, Dairy Free Bagels. They are very thin which keeps the calorie content down. If you need more substance, just have a second one. What's great is that they are thin if you want less and you can add in more if you like. Regular bagels have many calories and can be weighty on your stomach. So remember these are not thick like a wheat flour bagel. These hit the spot. I like to use lactose free cream cheese and then another layer of fruit spread on top as a sweet snack. I usually eat one full bagel and a half. Perfetto!
