Easy to swallow and has cough syrup and antihistamine in it. I do wish it had "real" decongestant (pseudoephedrine/Sudafed) but it works well anyway (especially if I add decongestant!).

The product works and has been my go to for winter/spring cold symptoms and allergies. It seems to be a bit less effective than the effervescent tablets but this is much more practical when you're on the go. To me, that trade is worth it.
A bit disappointed that the product expires 4/22 (less than 6 months from when I received it) but I'll give my second box to someone else and try to find a box for when spring allergies or a cold hits.
The boxes were shipped in a plastic security sleeve so you know they haven't been tampered with. It does nothing to prevent the box from being squished but the product inside is still good.
