Love the lid fit doesn't drip on me at the gym has enough capacity to handle my gym workouts bottle is easy to grab and go especially with the straw . Comfortable enough to grab the handle as well . Weights irrelevant lift heavier shouldn't be an issue . Enough hydration to last 90 minutes.

I like the multiple ways to carry this around. I like the quantity the bottle holds. I like the color choices.
I dislike how the cover stains quickly, one mistake pouring, you get to look like your sloppy all day! I dislike how the removal of the cover is challenging. Maybe putting a zipper to circle the bottom of the holder could solve this?
I don't recommend this for people that have arthritis in the hands or other fine manipulation challenges. Unless the cover and bottle all get to go into the dishwasher, which I believe would not be okay either.

I wanted to LOVE this jug but I can't say that I do. I bought myself and two of my kids one. Don't get me wrong, I love the sleeve it comes in (great features for a gym bottle) I love the color options, and I love the amount of water it holds. I don't love that my water didn't stay cold for very long. I mean it's a plastic jug so I'm not sure what I was expecting. It's a good water jug, just not something I can give five stars to. My kids love it though so it might just be your cup of tea. To each their own on water temp. If you're looking for a gym bottle or you have water goals to hit and you don't mind your water slowly moving to room temp then you'll probably love it. If you're like me and want your water cold at all times then I'd say look around some more.

Honestly wasn't expecting it to perform as well as it did, yes the bottle is regular but it's the cap and the coat as well as the straps that put on a show for me and perform great ! I do a lot of moving through my day , and when I have straps on anything I test them to the fullest, this is definitely a 5 star buy ! I'm pretty sure you can get something better out there but for this price and quality, your not beating it ! I'm glad to see a company take pride on what it sells to you ! Overall, I had this water bottle for quite some time, maybe pushing 8 months. It really helped me get in the habit of drinking more water, but I have some recommendations for people who aren't the best at keeping up with intake. 1. Take the sleeve off. Being able to see the water level helps not only keep you accountable and conscious of your consumption, but it also motivates you with a sort of "I'm ____ way done". It also helps because drinking cold water really isnt that great for you, and it can make it harder to drink the amount that you need to, as its easier to "chug" room temp water than it is for cold. 2. Start slow, especially if you aren't used to drinking half a gallon a day. Your body has to get used to the large change in hydration habits, and drinking too much, too quickly can cause nausea and some other side effects that may discourage you. Ideally, most of us should be drinking a gallon a day, but let's be honest, that's really difficult to do, and even more difficult to build up to. Once you hit the milestone of downing one of these a day (which, for a sedentary person should be sufficient, but if you're active or you're really pushing for optimal levels, gotta go higher), try to increase your levels like you did to get to one bottle, but this time, 2 bottles.
Lastly, be cautious because when this thing is full, if you drop it or it falls, it will explode, and it will be verrrrry loud and verrrry messy. Also, do not let it sit in heat, mine deformed just from going grocery shopping and leaving it in my car for a few hours. Oh also, if the water heats up at all, or you're in a higher pressure environment, it will squirt all over you the instant you flip that cap.
Lastly, be cautious because when this thing is full, if you drop it or it falls, it will explode, and it will be verrrrry loud and verrrry messy.
