Despite bag being crushed by the usual lousy packing they do, nuts not crushed. Bag is way too big for just one person, but best by date of 12/24 and storing in fridge means I can put in jars, put some in blender to pulverize....I add to shredded wheat, eat with crumbled rice cakes and honey plus five spice powder as a sweet healthy snack. Good quality, good value, heart healthy. Mange!
