This was for my Halloween costume at work. There was Velcro for all my patches. This fit my perfectly and there was plenty of room to adjust! For reference I'm a size 8. I didn't use it what it's intended for!

First off, this is a costume piece. I just wanted to state that before my review. Out of curiosity, I wanted to try putting my actual plates into it-and it fit! The back side would have no issues holding it for an extended period of time. The front may fall out if you're doing a lot of activity in it, but it's not even designed to be a real plate carrier so I just wanted to say that it's a great product!
