I was torn between giving a 3-star or a 5-star because I LOVE the product, but there was a problem with the bagel chips being broken into small pieces; so I compromised with 4-stars because I love the product and will still purchase again:
LIKE: My favorite and preferred brand of bagel chips. I love that the bagel chips are always very uniform in crispness and delicious taste, there is no deviation ever. The price was great! Fast shipment.
DISLIKE: While the packaging was flawless (came in a tightly packed box, inside another box), I ordered 12 bags and so far I've opened 4 bags of the bagel chips, they are all broken into small pieces. I don't understand how they got broken because there was no damage at all to either of the boxes. I usually add a flavored spread to the chips, being broken made that a problem. :-( (Note: Even in small pieces, they are still delicious!)
Still, as I said I will definitely purchase this brand again at some point on Amazon because I haven't been able to find them locally lately and hope that next time the chips come whole instead of broken up.

Always a lot of broken pieces at the bottom. Honestly half the bag is broken, so if you plan on making a pretty platter you will be disappointed but just to eat personally is good. Crunchy but not stale and I like how I can get five bags of the original flavor and that I am not forced to get other flavors just because I am buying more than one bag at once.
