Tribe 11.5 is the perfect boat for a larger paddler! I'm 5'11 and large in the seat. This boat is so comfortable!!! I can fully stretch out in the boat and not have my legs get cramped up. The seat is framed and very comfortable on the back. It's wide enough for me not to feel cramped. It moves really nice in the water - really nice. This is my first kayak and I'm thrilled at how stable it feels and how easy it is to move through the water. I haven't had it on rough water yet - but so far I'm very pleased.

I love this kayak so much. It has great stability and is relatively comfortable. I kayak in waters that can easily change from calm to rough, and have no issues worrying about tipping. Just a heads up, it is heavy and unless you are strong (I'm not), you will have to have somebody help you get it in and out of your vehicle. Overall a great kayak for those that don't want a sit inside.

I ordered this very hard to find Perception Tribe kayak from Amazon on Wednesday evening (Aug 11) and it was delivered in perfect condition on Saturday morning (Aug 14). Delivered by 'Amazon' truck and drivers. Very impressed with speed and condition of kayak on delivery.
We own two other Perception Tribe kayaks (9.5 and 11.5). Have been looking to get two more of same for over a year and very hard to find due to pandemic supply and demand issues. Jusy happened on to this Tribe 11.5 on Amazon and it showed several in stock so ordered one. And wala....had it in my garage 3 days after ordering.
These are great all around recreational kayaks. Seats and built in foot rests make them very comfortable. My advice - spend the extra $ these cost vs buying something half the price that is not Perception.
