Ended up buying an extra packet, and this time was a pack of 12. Ate one everyday after getting bored of them. The only downside is that they are sticky and would stick in your teeth after every bite, not healthy for your teeth. The walnut is great. I got bored of them and no longer like them.

I can not tell you how much of a God send these bars have been for me! I've been slowly transitioning over to anti-inflammatory diet. Having to kick "added sugar" as the last measure, I needed something sweet without artificial sweeteners and these bars are the perfect fit! I've maintained ZERO added sugar each day while enjoying one of these bars for a small meal during the day and even another one for desert after dinner. I feel great and the pounds have been rapidly falling off.
