I had a bumpy start and was a little frustrated with these watches at first (which is why the 4 stars) My kids got these for Christmas, and so after getting them set up with AT&T (don't believe the guy that tells they "˜just don't work' - try someone else who knows what they are talking about. I'm not even an AT&T customer and still was able to get them signed up on the &10 a month plan) I had a bit of a time figuring them out. But I worked with the tech support through text & they were very helpful and responsive! They got me set up so I could track both kids with 1 login, and helped me through a few other odd things the phones were doing. I just finished getting them set up tonight & am excited to have my kids go out & about this weekend to really test them! I feel pretty confident that if I run into any more trouble with them that the support team will be there to help me figure it out and that goes a long way for me! So all in all, pretty happy with these little watches - and my kids? SO EXCITED! One of them even just called me just to call me!

I bought this watch for my Father-in-law, who has Alzheimer's. It gives us a way to track and communicate with him in case of an emergency. He accepted this as his watch so he wears it every day which is great. The watch is easy to use. It only has one button, which turns the watch display on and off but he cannot turn the watch off completely which is very important. It does have a setting screen but most settings are done on the app. The app is easy to use. The watch has an SOS function if you hold the button down. It will call up to 5 numbers that you set up in the app. The watch has a phone # so you can call it. It works like a speakerphone so it is easy to communicate. We added a SIM Card thatis only $5 a month. Support is very good. It is via email and they are very responsive. I would recommend this watch.

We use this to keep track of our active 10 year old son around our neighborhood. It is nice to be able to reach him, and for him to be able to call us. The app doesn't track very accurately, but we really only care about being able to call him. The company is fast to respond and help with any issues.
