Super easy to install and run

It is the only one I have ever tried and the brand was promoted by a person who installed our radon remediation equipment. I like the temperature and humidity readings.
Very useful monitoring tool

This has been an essential tool for monitoring my walkout basement's radon levels and its readings have been in-line with certified lab tests that I've had done as well. I find myself checking the app often to keep tabs on my basement's temperature and humidity levels as well. I view this as an essential purchase for anyone concerned with their home's radon levels.
Great detector

Great detector. Have had since December with accurate detection and no battery change yet!
Tech Support is via their "chat" tool. It's at LEAST 24 hrs between messages. Useless!

I went big on an investment purchasing the Wave, Wave Plus, the Home Kit (includes the Hub and wave mini, etc). So, all in close to $1K investment in their products! Setup with the hub requires a bit of tech savvy to get it all working. If you are persistent and familiar with networking, you can do it. If not, look at another product or have your techie friend do it for you.
I have 3 levels to my home (basement, first floor, and 2nd floor). I have a radon mitigation system operating in my house and is functioning properly. Without the system, I was getting 10-15 pCi/L readings. Definitely wanted to bing those levels down. The issue that I'm having after 8-9 months of reliable and consistent operation is my basement detector after some high humidity (maybe the cause....maybe not) was giving FALSE high readings (329 pCi/L until I pulled the batteries out). These ramping in levels now occurs approximately every 2-3 weeks (not as high as first time but I quickly would power it off after 30 pCi/L). I have to reset the unit by powering it off then on again and it seems to fix the problem for another cycle (2-3 weeks).
On the off chance that the readings were real, I brought my 1st Floor monitor down to the basement and mounted it next to the basement monitor for a couple of days and both times I've done this, the 1st Floor monitor reads normally. In addition, IF the high readings were real, as the light radon gas that seeps upward to the 1st Floor and 2nd Floor, would have been caught on the other two monitors. This never happened.
Being WELL within my warranty, I reached out for an exchange unit and provided the company everything they asked for (receipt, developer logs of all the monitors, photo of back of the unit, etc.). Keep in mind, there doesn't seem to be an option to actually TALK to someone to discuss or troubleshoot. It is done with their "chat" system. Worse still, the "chat" has a time delay of at LEAST 24 hrs (they must be in another country not staffing support calls for USA). Needless to say, it is HARD to carry on a simple "conversation" over the course of a week or two. Instead, I am sent a bunch of links to support articles that are not relevant to my issue. But worse, I never hear back after submitting the information after 1 or 2 exchanges they must close the support ticket out leading me to go to the chat bot again, get assigned a new support person and get ghosted. Rinse and Repeat. Airthings support is the worse I've ever seen in 40 years of dealing with tech support issues for myself, commercial clients, and friends.
In summary, if you are lucky enough to get one that is working properly, GOOD for YOU!! If you actually expect to get technical or (heaven forbid) warranty support, look elsewhere! The doubling of the warranty for the units is worthless upon registration since you can't get the support to replace a unit. Worst customer support experience I ever had. If you are looking for an accurate monitor with support, do yourself a huge favor and.....LOOK ELSEWHERE!
