It’s cool but the speaker always hums...

This thing is cool. But I wish I would have gotten a higher quality one. The light patterns are great, I'd recommend this for kids or teenagers. Maybe not so much adults with adult money. Get a better quality one if you can.
The speaker really sucks. Bad quality and I can hear it humming when I'm not using it. It drives me bonkers.
It doesn't light the whole room up. The unit itself casts too much light while projecting. I have to tilt it up with some books but it still only casts about 5.5ft on low ceilings.
The remote sucks. Too many buttons, and has a hard time communicating to the device. I thought there was an app to control it because of the images but I don't believe there is.

I only see a way to make it sound reactive by using the remote. Would be nice if all features were available on the app.

Great Ambient Light

I received this light a couple of weeks ago and have been turning it on every night before bed. It adds some great ambient light to my room and helps me wind down. The LED light combinations are really nice and I like to leave the laser stars on a blinking mode so they gradually fade in and out. The remote control is not intuitive, as I think others have already mentioned, but as long as you read the directions first and take a few minutes to play around with it, it all becomes very easy. The only reason why I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is a sort of loud motor sound that comes on when the LED lights are moving. Overall, the sound is not very bothersome as I just play music over it. However, when it is completely silent it can get a little annoying but I think that is a minor flaw. Great product at a great value! I am enjoying it very much!

The product works incredibly beautifully and is hypnotic. Far better than I would've imagined for a $40 piece of plastic. Perfect to just chill out with music. I thought I would turn off the green laser stars because they look cheesy but in fact they are beautiful (also I don't see how to turn them off with the phone app). Loved it so much I bought one for a friend. The only reason I don't give it five stars is that the smart app loses its connection every time the device gets turned off with the app itself, and then I have to go unplug and replug in order to be able to control it again with my phone. Not sure if this is a systematic bug or a one off with mine.

I purchased two of these as a Christmas gift for my little ones for Christmas! I just plugged it in and checked it out while they are visiting their grandma today. I am very happy with this product I know my kids are going to be super happy with them! They are very bright and very very beautiful on the ceiling! The only thing that I wish was a little different is, it would be nice to be able to aim the light where you want instead of if just going straight up! But it still lights up the whole room and but I'm sure we will be able to prop it up to where we want. Other then that I love it and and I love love that it has the Bluetooth option! With my children being 6 and 7 they will definitely love jamming to their night lights during our family sleepovers! Super excited for them to receive these I may just let them open them on Christmas Eve in their Christmas Eve box with their Christmas pajamas â¤ï¸
