We purchased two of these shower sets. One of them came with a wrong part. We did not discover it until several weeks after our purchase. I was hesitant to mess around getting a replacement part, but I thought I would give it a try. Wow! Not only did they quickly answer my email, but they also asked for pictures to make sure they could get the right part to me. To absolutely ensure we got the right part, they sent us a complete replacement faucet set! And they did it quickly. To make sure we were satisfied with what they said sent, they called directly. Excellent customer service. As for the shower faucets themselves, they are great. They have good water pressure and the overhead shower head is really big and gives out a great flow that covers a good sized area. Also, it looks really good! We are completely pleased with this company and I actually wish I would have known about them before we ordered our other stuff. Will definitely keep them on our list for next time.

I love this shower, I bought two. I bought one as a used one and was missing pieces, which the seller immediately replaced with new pieces. They feel sturdy and really nice in material and look. I just really like the look of this shower and was looking for one like this for a while. I'm so happy it turned out the way it did! Now I have these installed in both bathrooms of my house!
