My son trashes things like this, hes getting better, but these should be durable, and this one is one of the best we have played with. He puts this to the test, and its still going. Battery life is good he says, not as advertised, but hes switches to the 2nd battery & gets some more play time.

These line of rc cars are fun to play with decent response, quick little thing. it looks bigger in the videos, still a great deal for the price honestly. Great early beginner car, parts are not universal, Don't try taking it apart. Batteries last 15-20 minutes depending on terrain.

I bought this a while back and I am really pleased. This car is pretty impressive, great build quality, long lasting batteries, a comfortable controller and the car is pretty fast. I beat on this thing pretty hard and have not had anything break. I've rolled it many times and used it in the snow and rain without a problem yet.

Ok, so it is smaller than it appears in the videos, but I'm ok with that. Reading the reviews myself I was most worried about the turning radius, which I was pleasantly surprised by. It's good enough to maneuver through the house pretty well. The lights blink at something like a 1-2 second interval, just on off on off, not flashy like lightning like I expected. It's pretty fast, we have to hit the trigger and let off, hit it again, etc to drive in the house, there's only one speed. Go. lol. I don't know about battery life yet, we just played with it when it got here out of the box without charging and it only lasted about 10 min. It probably was t fully charged, but we're charging one now getting ready to go again! It's fun to play with, the top cover is pretty flimsy, but overall it feels like a solid build. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could, assuming I'll get at least 20 minutes per battery. Seems like remote control cars I had as a kid lasted a lot longer. I don't know, but battery life doesn't get much better until you're paying around $100. Took a picture for size reference.
