The instructions do not show both methods of assembly that give you the option of putting the jugs in straight or angled. You have to figure it out on your own or with listing pictures.

The instructions could also show which direction to put the jugs in and which side is the front and back, but the listing pictures make up for that. It's not explained that the 4 middle side pieces (part Bs) need to be put in all in the same direction because while very similar looking and appearing reversible, part B is actually slightly different when upside down.

I had one side bracket female end arrive bent in so the male end could not fit in. I had to bend it out. Had one side bracket welded together wrong so the holes were facing the wrong way. Had to drill new holes.

Mostly sturdy. One footing is screwed in crooked and I am unable to straighten and level, but does a good enough job even slightly wobbly.

I've been looking for a water cooler jug rack for some time now. I've read reviews searched other places besides Amazon and kept coming back to this one. I read the reviews, most customers seemed happy with it, those who were not happy seemed to be because the item came damaged or was missing parts. But the good outweighed the bad, so I went for it, especially for $63 bucks (worst case I could return it).
It arrived on time, in a smaller than imagined box.

The aren't any words in the instructions, but they aren't needed either. I'm a 35 y/o gal who is okaaaaay at putting things together and I had this together in under 15 minutes. Comes completely unassembled, each piece protected in plastic, and the only hardware is the bolts and the allen wrench.

If I had to come up with a dislike I'd say the only thing is it would be nice if the hardware matched the rack a bit more. I purchased the "Black Brown" color and the bolts are a copper-ish color. I would have preferred black, brown, or even silver... I'm just not a fan of gold/copper lol. But really it doesn't bother me one bit.

I've uploaded a few pictures so you can check it out and placed it next to my dispenser for the pictures. It's not the cutest thing to have in my dining room, so I'll probably move it to the laundry room.

I also provided a picture of the bottom so that you can see what the end caps look like. As you can see I have hardware floors, and I don't anticipate any scratching. I also uploaded a picture of the box it arrived in.

Anyways... I'd definitely buy this again and recommend.

This rack was easy to assemble and looks nice in our kitchen. It allows for the water jugs to be placed close to the water cooler, making it easy to load and unload the cooler, as a 5 gallon water jug is heavy.

Yes! This is perfect! Before getting tbis, we had jugs on the floor taking up needed space. Having this tower (and I'll probably get another one) - helps us save space by storing them upright. The tower is sturdy and it's easy to get the jugs in and out. Love it!
