Why only 4 Stars? Because I like to journal and take notes and it only comes with 4 note pages in the back. The sections are large enough for me to write down my meals and activities. The cover is welcoming so I don't mind leaving it out on my clutter free counter especially when leaving it there reminds me to use it.

Loosing or maintaining weight is a science between dietary intake, exercise and, sleep. This journal has really helped keep me accountable for all of it. I like that it has the divided sections for all off that. The only downside about this product is that it is a little small. I don't have the best handwriting and it forces me to write pretty small. Over all for the quality of the book is worth the price.
