It's a tofu press, it's easy to use, easy to clean, I'd certainly buy it again if I need another or am gifting to a friend, but the logo of "TOFU" but a heart in place of the "O" is just stupid. I don't need my food branded, thanks. Otherwise, the press works well and gets way more liquid out from the block of tofu than stacking books on top of plates and setting into your sink... you know we've all done that before.

I've either an egg allergy or sensitivity that's recently developed and the vegen egg substitutes for breakfast scrambles that I know of do not have very good directions. Tofu, however, is real dang easy to work with! And you can flavor it almost however you want because it's almost tasteless. So I decided to get a press to make getting the water out easier. I have the A2 option and I love it. The construction is really sturdy for being mostly plastic and the pieces all assemble and disassemble easily for cleaning. It comes with a little recipe book with 13 recipes and how to prep the different types of tofu which is super useful!
