The media could not be loaded. This record player is very beautiful and has more options than any other I've found for listening to music. The sound is great and I've had no problem with actually playing or listening to anything. The one thing that does bother me is when using Bluetooth there is a loud *buh-boom* sound between tracks and when pausing or opening apps on the phone. I have yet to find a way to fix this and its only happened when using Bluetooth on this device, not any others. The one other thing is I with there was a lever for lifting and dropping the needle onto the track. It has to be done by hand which is a little less precise than my last record player. These are minor problems, though, and comparatively it's complete upgrade from my last setup.

We were looking for a turntable that provided us with a way to play some old records, going back to even the 1930s and 1940s, that were handed down to us from our parents. This provided us with that capability and goes beyond with the ability to play CDs, every size vinyl record and audio cassettes. It also has a way to play the radio and the bluetooth capability allows us to listen to our digital media. The player itself is an attractive wooden nostalgic piece which fits nicely in our living room. Sound quality is more than fine and we enhanced it by easily connecting to our BOSE speakers. The inner workings of the player are not the substantial metal of old record players, but with an adult household using this judiciously, it is no problem. The first one that we received was defective, with the turntable arm stopping before the end of the record. We were able to VERY EASILY exchange it. A shipping provider came to pick up the defective unit at our home and a new one was shipped out and delivered almost before the defective one was picked up!
