It was great for a month or two now every seam in the middle is leaking gel very disappointing I was very happy with them to begin with but they definitely do not last long before the jail starts leaking out of them on every scene in the middle of them very disappointing

When I found this product, I was very excited because it can be worn, so I'm not confined to a chair to ice/heat my back. I have used it daily for months, however, since it doesn't have a velcro tack on the belt it has lost grip so now it doesn't stay fastened. Because I can't part with it I have to decide whether to take it to have Velcro sewn on the belt for buy a replacement.

I got major back surgery 6 days ago. Have been alternating with hot/cold therapy with this since I got home. It is so comfortable to wear. The gel packs slip out of the brace for heating and freezing. Easy to use and clean. I am so glad I purchased this! Can't recommend it enough. I don't know how well it would be for larger waistlines, however. I'm not small (5'3 and 145 lbs) but it is perfect.
