I added 2x 2000rpm fans. The thin type and it works great. It keeps my cpu cool with the prolimatech pk-3 thermal paste. Just don't forget to remove the plastic protector. I almost forgot. Oh and clean the adhesive good because it does have sticky residual.
Works as expected - Died after two years of heavy use

Update:after two years and two months of heavy use it died, My PC only lasted one minute on an then it shutdowns so i started checking watercooling system and when i touched the pump i did not feel the buzzing or vibration so i tried to check if liquid was moving and no, so i disassembled the pipes and put pump to work and confirmed pump was not working
I disassembly to check and see soldered wires that goes to coils to make motor spin were burned (check pictures with points A B C) so it's dead.
At first I had doubts with this AIO because price is low and offers same features as more expensive AIO
But I have two months using it and it works better than expected, paired with an Ryzen 5800X it only gets temperatures on office usage 45-50ºC and when I play games or encode video with Adobe suite it gets a peak temperature 83ºC, it uses a metallic base support so it's more stronger than Cooler master ML120 or other AIO
Instructions are clear and easy to assemble
Highly recommended

the instructions are a joke, they left out many details on the installation, real poor command of the english language and leave out most of the vital information.
Works great

My computer had stopped working due to my old cooling unit being unable to keep things cool. This was my first time installing a cooling unit and I had a few troubles installing it. The tubes can rotate a bit but aren't super flexible, but luckily I got it to fit properly. The instructions make it a bit hard to tell what screws to use but you could still figure it out. After installation I could immediately tell the difference. I could feel the cool air and now my PC stays on with no problem. Very satisfied!
It Works!

Ok, this is for the 120 only. I had bought a Ryzen 9 5900x which runs hot. I also bought a competitors 240 AIO Cooler. It did not fit my MID Tower Case! My roomate had experience with Enermax , so I took a chance and ordered a Enermax Liqmax III 120 A-RGB AIO CPU Liquid Cooler. It fit my mid tower, not by much, but it did. I was dubious at first and afraid to run my fav game Fallout 4 on ultra for very long. I tried it using CPUID HW Monitor to keep tabs on my temps. Because the Ryzen 9 5900 says max temp 90c.
I will give this lil LIQMAX III 120 a plug here, it's actually sufficed for me to play my FO4 for hours at a time, without going over 82C! and we're talking Texas in the summer, where it was over 100F outside and a window unit in here. I never had a heat related problem, and imho 82c was max temp and the game didn't always push it to those temps.
My plans are to get a full suzed case for my current setup, and use the competitor's 240 AIO I originally bought. BUT, you can bet I AM Gonna use this Enermax Liqmax III 120 A-RGB AIO CPU Liquid Coolerin one of my other machines!!! Lol. I now have a Ryzen 5 3600 or a Phenom II x6 to choose from. Maybe i'll finally experiment with OC'ing one of those! ;)
Recommend this lil AIO for Mid Tower cases that are tight on space where a 240 won't work. If it can keep a Ryzen 9 5900x cool enough to get by on in a hot summer i'd have to say i'm impressed. And I am.
