Old-fashioned Customer Care

I ordered this mixer from Nurxiovo, but the charge against my bank account stayed in a pending status for nearly a week until it just disappeared. I had no idea why, but I needed a well built, dependable mixer, so I bought another brand (though I had really, *really* wanted this model from Nurxiovo). A few weeks passed, then a few days ago my bank account was charged for the Nurxiovo mixer. By that point, I had already spent nearly $200 on the other mixer, and I just couldn't afford to pay $150 for another stand mixer. Because my bank account had already been charged, and the charge had already been deducted from my balance, I contacted Amazon and Nurxiovo to ask for a refund. I expected to go weeks awaiting a refund, while the balance in my bank account was perilously low. Low and behold, wonder of wonders, a quite splendid customer service agent contacted me the same day that I asked for the refund, and she had the refund deposited into my bank account the next day. Although I didn't buy the mixer, this interaction with Nurxiovo clearly showed me that this company is just simply outstanding, so much so that I'm reviewing Nurxiovo products to find something that I need (or just want), and I'll buy that product to show my appreciation for this fine, rock-solid company.
A solid mixer.

4 stars only because dough and other food matter will creep up into the mechanism that moves the attachment. It is really hard to clean out. The mixer also vibrates quite a bit on the highest setting, almost as if it will bounce it's way off the countertop.
But all in all the mixer does what it is intended to do, and quite well. We have been banking constantly during the stay at home order and used the mixer probably 5 times a week. And with 7 people in our home, we are using it more than normal, such as double the dough for bread or mixing up cake mix twice. It hold up to our use like a champ.
For the price, we feel it is well worth what we paid. The minor issues I mentioned did cost our review one star. But dont let that stop you from buying this product if you are looking for a solid mixing workhorse.

The media could not be loaded. This is my first stand mixer. After reading a lot of reviews of various brands, I ended up selecting Nurxiovo 3 in 1 mixer, with a mixer and a meat grinder attachments because the pricing suits me best. It looks pretty good at first glance. The bowl is stainless steel albeit a bit thin. The remaining parts are heavy plastic + some metal, likely aluminum. Although the video sounds extra loud, it isn't unbearable in reality. I imagine any stand mixer will make a sound. My regular mixer makes a heck of sound too. I made my first batch of bread on the day it arrived. It mixed it up really well with the dough hook. Some people reviewed that the hook is too short and doesn't reach all the way into the bowl. I didn't face that problem. The dough hook is deep and reaches all the way into the bowl. It scrapes off the bowl pretty well too. I've only used it once, though, so far, so it remains to be seen how this machine holds up to life's baking demands. My only slight concern is that when the dough is mixing, the top of the machine moves up and down a bit. Over time, I don't know if the plastic will hold up. Hopefully I remember to post an update after months of use. For the price, I would say this is a very good machine.
Stand Alone mixer

I make cookies for my family up north (I'm in Florida) and make about six dozen of each kind when I do and this mixer definitely has my vote for being able to handle all of the dough and even the chocolate chip with 4 different kinds of chips as well as the peanut butter (I use chunky peanut butter) and added chocolate chips to these as well. I was mixing the wet ingredients with my other mixer and doing the rest by hand, but that's all in my past now.
I am very pleased with this stand-alone mixer and if the other two features handle as well, I will be pleased with them to. I haven't had an occasion to use the meat grinder or blender as of yet so I can't rate the suction power but I'll get my monies worth out of just using the mixer. Will review again when I use the other features.

Good gadget. I'm happy with it

Update 1 year later.. still works and never washed it in dishwasher.. all attachements are their original coating and shine or whatever..the mixer works like in 1st day. And yes. It was used at least 2-3 times a month sometimes even daily for a few days in a row. Average use time is 30 to 45 minutes each session and I do a lot of bread dough. So yeah, if u take care of it and hand wash it, it is as good as the $500 brand

Okay so for everyone complaining about attachements losing the coating :NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. I bet they are the kind of people putting wooden cutting boards in dishwashers. Products works well, attachements are low quality I agree but nothing I can't live with. Avoid acidic foods, cleaning with bleach (seriously dude? Bleach? Yes I read the 1 stars before I bought it) and anything abrasive. I haven't used it for weeks or months yet and if anything goes bad I will probably fix it myself (motor or moving parts) but let's hope it works a year from now. I bake bread and usually I make about 3 loaves of French bread. Works well for me and I can't say anything about the blender or meat grinder since I will probably use those once or twice a year but I bought it because well... good price and why not have them if they are there? I tested the meat grinding attachement for leaks in the back. All good for now. Top where u insert the blender has a little plastic Notch. If that doesn't close properly the mixer won't light up or start. If anyone has issues and can't return it give it to one of ur friends who like to tinker with electric gadgets. I am sure the mechanism inside is pretty simple but I agree there may be some black sheep of the lots out there (applies to better brands too). My bread dough came out awesome btw. Elastic, well kneaded and tasty after baking. ;]
Overall it works and I will update this review if anything comes up but I hop it will not. If it does and it stops working I will probably tinker with it and update it with details. Until then...$100 is worth it. Try building one urself for this price. Again. NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.NOT ABRASIVE SAFE. NOT HARD CLEANER SAFE. Treat it like your skin. Dish detergent can kill bacteria. Use Ajax, gain, fairy if ur in the UK or Dawn if ur rich :]
