Very cute but very tiny. Won't fit a toddler. This will fit a baby 0-6 months but I wouldn't put anything around a baby that small's neck. I returned mine.

This are perfect for both boys and girls. I just love the way they fit according to any size and shape of the babies head . I have tried so many but some come as big size and some don't stretch at all. I love the scarf which comes along with the hat. There are more colors options. The price is also reasonable.
