Some sick person stole my driver's heated mirror in broad daylight from my car. I searched for some way to protect the mirrors and discovered these covers. While I know nothing is perfect, this gives me a sense of confidence that hopefully this won't happen again. It looks like a cover or glove but it blends in with the color of my car and doesn't look odd or distracting. I think I made a good purchase and thanks for the product.

I'd had my side mirror stolen twice in two years, even when retracted, while street parking in the Bronx. These mirror covers were exactly what I needed and work perfectly.
They're a bit tricky to tighten though, so expect to put more strength into locking these then you would with a regular key and door. It got slightly easier over time but is worth mentioning. It's much easier to unlock than lock.
Overall, this gave me peace of mind I hadn't had in a long time.
