The process of uploading an image to be printed worked well. I tried using the purchasing tools to add the text around the image, but the interface is not that capable. It was easier to create the entire design using an image editor, save it as one image, then upload the single image as a single file.

I was pleased with the one-week delivery time given this is a custom-made product.

The printing and text came out very sharp and clear from the original image. My only disappointment being the picture is a little washed out from the original. This is why I gave a 4-star review instead of a 5-star review.

Using the sizing guide for the tire size worked well and the product went on easily and fit snug.

Since this is a new vinyl product, it has a strong out-gassing odor. It didn't stay in the house long before I moved into the garage and eventually onto our travel trailers spare tire.

I will be interested to see how long the cover lasts. If it doesn't fade to fast and works for 4-5 years, I will be very pleased.

After first impressions, I can recommend purchasing a custom spare tire cover from Silver Back Covers.

I ordered this spare tire cover and wanted an image of a bear printed on it. The original order was processed quickly but when I received the cover the bear image had a white circle around it (definitely not part of the image) and the image appeared more yellow than it was. I contacted the company about these issues and they responded very quickly. They redid the image to be more orange and less yellow and they removed the white circle around the image. They printed a new cover and shipped it to me within a week. Now that's great customer service!!

As for as the cover itself, it appears to be a heavy vinyl with a pretty good elastic band in it. The stitching also looks sturdy. Time will tell how well it wears but I think it will be pretty good.

I highly recommend this company and their custom tire cover. The customer service was exceptional!! The vinyl is thick and durable. It's a bit tricky to get on because it's so quality made ~ but once it's on you're set. As other reviews have stated, make sure you tuck the top of the cover opening behind the top of the camera and it won't affect your camera view. Thank you so much for a great experience and crazy fast turn-around.

Update: Push the spare tire camera opening completely over the camera. Not just the top. If you push the opening it will go behind the whole camera. Spare tire holds perfectly in place. Great tire cover still after many car washes. Couldn't be happier!!

Outstanding product, service, communication and attention to detail. The cover is well constructed and heavy duty. Had them print a custom cover for me from a purchased .gif image which needed some minor adjustments to translate well to a round format. Outstanding and helpful communication through several iterations until we arrived at exactly what I was hoping for. Item was delivered quickly but, unfortunately, the printed image color was off. I sent them a photo and after some very positive communication and confirming of details, they did a reprint that is better than I could hope for! Very, very highly recommended.
