Measure & view carefully to compare with the blinds "transmission" being replaced. While there are apparently several different sizes and designs, it's pretty straightforward to identify and order the correct one. Once replaced, they make the blinds function like new!

This was an inexpensive fix that was so simple to install and saved me from having to buy a new set of blinds. The adjusting wand on some window blinds was broken when I moved in, so I hunted for a way to fix this without having to buy new blinds. Not only was it EASY to install, it fit perfect and my blinds are back in working order. Total price for 2 was less than $7.00. You can't beat that deal considering the cost of new blinds. Perfect yet economical fix for my 1" corded mini blind with broken tilt feature.
Corded blinds are now obsolete and I didn't want to replace an almost perfectly working blind just because the tilt feature stopped functioning. I initially purchased a cordless blind, but the housing at the top was slightly larger and would have required me to replace the bracket hangers at the top and who knows how long it would work properly. Plus it was pricier than the old school corded blind. Now I can return that $30 cordless blind that I never wanted. Thank you!
