Does run -- so far -- under Windows 7

Those of us that use this for our taxes aren't about to switch to the overpriced competitor. We know the program's quirks, and we accept them.

The manufacturer, in response to a question, makes it clear they no longer support Windows 7. What I found: The Personal program installs fine under Windows 7. The Business also installs fine. But every time you start it up , you get the pictured warning. I went through all the preliminary questions, up to entering financial info, and all worked fine. If I get into future trouble, I can switch to my laptop.

But really, no excuse for dropping Windows 7 support.

Use for multiple LLC's or other none 104 accounts

I use the product for both my personal tax and for several other non-1040 accounts. Some other tax software requires you purchase separate software for more than one.

I have this and will continue to use it, as it's the best alternative for filers of both Form 1041 and 1120S (Turbotax is far more expensive). Unfortunately, the business software (which I believe was contracted out by Block) often requires direct entry on forms, rather than using the interview, and still cannot electronically file form 1041.

I've been using H&R Block for more than five years for my personal taxes and S-Corp. It is a far better value that Turbo Tax and works reasonably well. Personal tax program is excellent. Business tax program is more difficult to use - with one major issue being you can't store you tax file other than in the Block program file, which makes it difficult to move between computers (at least i haven't figure out how). Their technical support is totally useless - so you have to have good tax and technical expertise to get value out of the business program. Still, it's a far better value that Turbo Tax and I'll continue to use it.

Very smooth flowing, simple to use with no marketing along the way.

I had used Taxact for approximately 10 years but their product kept going up in price and was always difficult to keep logged in to with consistent marketing for financial products along the way. There were absolutely no glitches using H & R Block with multiple 1099R's and a schedule C for a miscellaneous 1099. At no time was I interrupted with marketing ideas while performing the task at hand. H & R Block even kept me updated with the filing and approval by Federal and State.
