The design is cute but it dosent sit too close to the surface of the keyboard. I had another key cover before this and that was flushed to the surface of the keys and the place around the keys that it felt and looked like there wasn't anything there. If I touch the edge of the key cover slightly, I can flick the cover off. Still, the desgin is cute and it's not like there are any other options for keyboard for the surface book. It's been like a month or two since I used this and the colors had not faded one bit. It looks like the colors had been specially printed on the inside and wont fade that fast (I can be wrong tho).
