I used it for 2 months after seeing almost immediate improvement. Today as you can see by the second pic, there are very, very faint scars. Most people can't even see them. Definitely see less redness after just 2 weeks of use. I have other scars I've had for years that are still quite red. This stays on my hands through frequent hand washing and hand sanitizer use. I do sometimes have to remove it and dry underneath but it is pretty water proof. Also, it protects and camouflages the scarred area. They should consider making different colors for other skin tones. Overall, I am very satisfied
