Love these but shipping issue

I like these so much I decided to sign up for 3 boxes a month. Sadly, my first delivery was delayed for unknown reasons. When finally delivered - they were packed in a box with an insulated liner and an ice pack. The ice pack was completely warm / borderline hot and all 3 boxes were in an advanced state of melting. I immediately put in the fridge to salvage them and they came out ok - a little misshapen and a little harder to bite into than normal but they'll do. Not sure where they sat in the heat and why shipping was delayed for a longer period than expected. I will cancel if the same thing happens next month - Walmart typically carries them so I have options.
UPDATE: second delivery, same as first. Delayed (slow), all pieces in a state of melting / melted. There was an ice pack but it was melted and hot when it arrived. They must ship these by tricycle - the company needs to do better - AND read reviews. I will be trying to contact them.

We love the lemon bombs. We're on Keto, so these take care of craving in between meals. Warning âš ï¸ don't order if your in a hot climate. Wait until milder whether. You may receive them somewhat melted even though they are packed in ice packs. " they are the bomb" no pun intended.
