Good Post-emergent selective herbicide
Huey✓ Verified PurchaseMay 6, 2024
This is the1st time I took lawn care seriously. I'm usually used to using a non-selective herbicide like roundup. But now with grass I needed a product that would just eliminate the weeds without harming the lawn. It really helped at removing the weeds that were growing amongst the grass. t took care of clover and burweed. Takes a few days to work but by the 2nd mow the grass filled in where they weeds were. If you have mature weeds it would be better to yank them out or this stuff might require a 2nd application.

Use as directed. 2 days before or after you mow, the weeds need to absorb the herbicide. Mowing disturbs the process as the weeds and grass are trying to heal.
Does it’s job

We had tons of weeds and they ended up dying but pretty slowly. Wish it was faster acting.
***UPDATE*** It works well so far! Fantastic results!

Actively killing the white clovers and dandelion weeds that have taken over my backyard lawn, and it has also immediately pushed the bees elsewhere... Following the easy directions to a T.

Day 2, there was noticeable difference: white clovers were turning brown and the bees moved on. Oh how the bees love the white clovers. I love the bees, but we need our yard back, so I can say this definitely fixed the bumble bee issue. Less chance of stingzzzzz...

Day 4: the grass is taller, greener, and shooting above the dead white clovers where treated; dandelion flowers are dead but the leaves still boldly green 😒... more patience needed... will see.

Prior to this application, we did feed our lawn with the necessary amount of nitrogen it was lacking. This has helped our lawn, overall, considerably. In combination, I suppose it works! Healthier grass moving in and drowning out the clover patches in the troublesome areas of our lawn. We hope this actually attacks the weeds at the roots as marketed... time will tell. We are planning on a second application to reinforce its power. This 1.33 gallon is perfect for our property; open lawn space at about 7,000+ s.f., but only spot treating a couple hundred s.f. (a couple of large clover patches), so, there's plenty of product. Good value at current price.

Definitely worth a try to spot treat troublesome areas. Decent quality product and great value. So far, it's doing what it claims. Very happy with results as it's actively killing those weeds. Updates to come on progression as it happens...

Tips: Get your soil tested, and feed nutrients accordingly and seasonally; and ensure you treat the correct grass, as some grass types may burn or die off using this weed spot treatment; water lawn weekly allowing at least 1" to 2" of water (you can use a tuna can to test if your lawn is getting enough water); don't cut grass too short (leave about 3"), as water evaporates faster and lawn dries out quicker... Some basic tips that really got my lawn back to looking green and healthy.

Good luck and happy summer, everyone!

*** UPDATE***
My video has been updated with BEFORE/ AFTER photos. What a difference within 1 season. I started the process early Spring, and immediately the results were amazing. The white clovers browned and died off... completely! Not a single one popped up, except where I may have missed a spot; and some spots needed a second dose. So it wasn't fully over night, but the beginning results are seen overnight. My grass started growing greener, healthier, stronger. By the beginning of Summer, my lawn was clear and green. Enjoyable. Expectations exceeded. Easy to use. Patience needed.

Been using this and other weed sprays for years. This product like the others kills most of the lawn weeds but not all. Won't affect nut grass, red clover, any sort of Bermuda, wild clover and some others
Good Product

This product was recommended by a friend who has a nice lawn. He said that it did a good job of killing weeds at his place. My back yard, here in Texas, is all Bermuda and is strong and thick. However, there is one area in which an infestation of some kind of a small-leaf clover has begun to grow enough so that it looks poised to crowd out the grass. My experience with weed killers that claimed not to damage grass has not been good, so I did not hold out great expectations for this one. To my surprise, though, it has done a very good job of killing most of the clover as well as a few other assorted weeds. There is still a bit of clover left which does not (fortunately) look healthy, so I will be making a second application. Some of the grass did lose a bit of its nice green in favor of a more yellow tone, but it was a small amount of grass and it seems to be coming back nicely. Even though I plan a second application, it has done what it said it would.

Two small chinks in the Score: First, the hose connects to the bottle and when the water is turned on, it pulls the weed killer out into the water stream with it. My beef with this arrangement is that there is no adjustment on the amount of product that is sprayed. It would be nice if some adjustment mechanism was provided. Second, i that I accidentally sprayed a little on the end of a Boxwood hedge and it almost immediately (as in the next day) turned some of the leaves brown. It did not occur to me that it would consider Boxwood to be a weed. My fault, but a warning on the label would be nice. As with all weed killers, though, it did not cover near as much area as it claimed, that being 5,000 sq fr. I got probably 1,500 square feet from 2 bottles. If there was an adjustment on the bottle, I could have varied it, of course.
