Good variety of exercises on each poster. The same moves are on both sides - one set is vertical, the other horizontal - which is nice because it gives you the option of hanging them either way. My one complaint is that each poster has 1-2 exercises in which the directions aren't clear. For the number you get, that's not too bad.
Tip: I put these in my home gym, which isn't too big so there isn't a lot of wall space. I punched holes at the top of the posters, put binder rings through them, and hung those on a small tension rod to make my own little flip chart. This way, i can hang all of them up and not use up too much wall space.

These posters are a favorite of mine. They're easy to use and have ideas I've never even dreamed of. My only complaint, honestly, is that I didn't get the 30 pack way back when I first started working out. I never thought I would be using a stability ball, medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and a myriad of other pieces of equipment.
Unrolling tip: If you can, save the plastic wrap the posters come in. Roll the poster the opposite way it shipped, put it back in the plastic wrap, and let it sit for a couple of days. That'll flatten the poster out some, making it easier to hang. Or, if you bought the laminated posters, simply roll the poster the opposite direction, and put painters tape on the edges and center. Then leave that for a few days.
