This is a phenomenal suctional...I am not ashamed to show pics of what this brought out my face. We all get dirt and experience black heads, white heads, etc. I was super surprised how great this works. The suction is so strong that it pulled all the dirt and whatever else it could off my face. In the pics above, you will see all the stuff from my face and the other from my nose. My face feels so soft and smooth after my treatment. It did open up a few pimples and eject them. Their is only 1 downfall of the item. Being that the suction is so strong, I do have red marks on some of my face, which is ok, bcuz I know it will go away. If you are sensitive then don't bother buying. Would I repurchase? Absolutely, I bought it for more than the current price and it was worth it for me!!! It is definitely a keeper. Thanks

I freaking love this thing! The first time I used it, I was hooked. I'm an esthetician and I think this is a great at home skin treatment.
A recommendations-
Start with L1 with the suction to get the hang of it. The sound of Level 1 sounded to dainty so I went to L2 and that's when I got a few red marks. (User error) But once I got the hang L2 worked just fine.
Use the tips that are suggested. I used the large one for my entire face but did accidentally get too close to the eye area which was slightly sore to the touch for a couple days. *Hence the reason they suggest using a different tip for that super sensitive area. (Again user error!)
I like to break up larger areas of the skin as I'm working that way it's easier to hold skin taut which helps the prob glide easier and less hickey like marks.
And finally! Do not forget to wear sunscreen even if you didn't use the microdermabrasion, which I have yet, because this thing is not only a gunk sucking machine but it feels like an exfoliator as well. Protect that beautiful skin!
