Well I ordered a black pillow and received a white pillow. At least the cover was black. I ordered this to help me sleep on my side. Was born with a bad back. This way in the morning I am not as sore. If I sleep on my back or stomach I'll be sore all day. At least the cover is black as are my sheets and covers.Would of been 5 star if I would of got what I ordered.

I read the description of the fluffy pillow and was disappointed in the flatness when opened The memory foam was chopped in small pieces so a lot of gaps "¦ I took the stuufing out of my old pillow and stuffed in my new and stuffed it to my satisfaction . Its now firmer and fluffier - would be nice if they stuffed more or give you a little more on the side to custom fill to my liking .
