for the money you cant go wrong....... i was very apprehensive about buying this saw but watched some reviews on utube,, and decided to take the chance on it..... this thing is a great limb saw or use while up in a tree,,,,, but ive used it to cut trees down that were wider than the bar on the saw....... great little saw my only bad thoght is it leaks bar oil when left setting

Great little saw for limbs and cutting back mature fruit tree. Well worth the $125.

I own a tree service and have had an Echo top handle for awhile. It cost around $300. I just want to say that this Jon Cutter Puppy saw is far superior to the Echo. It cranks easier, it has greater power and never stalls out or lets me down. The little pup will actually cut through huge 10-11" limbs. It will cut anything you put it to cut, whereas the Echo won't. I would love to buy ten of them just to have. The little saw drinks a lot of gas, but that's the trade off for power. Also the little pin that holds the chain brake safety handle together keeps creeping out. The plastic of the saw seems strong enough, but doesn't seem as strong as the Echo, but I don't care. Like I said, I use it in my business, way up in bucket truck and many times you do a cut and the saw can't fail on you. well, Echo has let me down time and time again and this Jon Cutter has not. It says to mix the oil and gas 25:1 which is a little awkward but I just use my regular mix and 1/2 it with the 25:1 mix and it does fine. I guess I sound like a fake review but I'm not. I am thrilled with the this little saw. If it burned up tomorrow I'd buy another one.
