So nice, with one exception!

It's a shame that the tiny adjustment screw that's provided is inadequate to hold the towel arm at the desired angle! (No instructions, and as I tightened the screw, it "stripped" and started spinning around!) Fortunately we were able to use SUPERGLUE to hold the arm securely in place. Now we're able to use our regular hand towels (tri-folded) and it looks SO NICE on our powder room vanity! It's a sturdy piece that doesn't wobble. The manufacturer should just CORRECT the adjustment screw issue so people can enjoy this piece the way it was meant to be used!

I tried a few others before finding this one, some were too big, some were too small - this one is just right. It is also a nice brushed stainless color. Ended up getting the toilet paper holder to go with it.

Bought this for hubby's bathroom. Looks good and holds one small hand towel or washcloth. Has a tendancy to tip over. Good for the price but you will need 2 if you want to hang a set by the sink.
