I struggle to find protein powder that is good for me and tastes good. This stuff is the winner! The flavor is a bit different/not as sweet as a whey based protein with artificial sugar, but this is what I was looking for and I'm impressed! I don't like sugar alcohol or artificial sugars like aspartame - this only has stevia and naturally occurring sweeteners

Updated review for chocolate. I previously tried the vanilla and it wasn't my favorite. However, I tried the chocolate version and it was everything I was looking for. Taste is amazing, consistency is great, and the ingredients fit my needs. I definitely found my new go to!
VANILLA: So this isn't nasty by any means. It is however strangely sweet. It has this overpowering fake chemically tasting sweetness that makes it hard to drink. It tastes kind of like vanilla cake frosting but as if you're drinking the super thick super sweet frosting that also has a fake sweetness added to it if that makes sense. I love sweet things, but I don't know, something about this one is just too much. I think I'm going to try the chocolate one next, maybe it won't be as over the top sweet. Side note: this smells super good and doesn't have that weird grittiness that others have.

I tried the chocolate peanut butter flavor and I'm shocked how delicious it is! I am big on all natural, organic, natural sugars etc and this protein powder has only the good stuff and none of the bad. I mix with oat milk in a shaker bottle and the texture is awesome. Sometimes I'll stick it in the freezer for ten minutes and it's seriously like a milkshake! The powder is super fine and blends perfectly, no clumps, and not grainy. 10/10 from me!

This is my first time using this brand. Salted carmel flavor was too light but still good. I ended up using it with other flavors and it was delicious! So good infact it led me to experience baking it with things. I even made some frozen protein balls with pecans, oats and drip of syrup! Will definitely try more flavors now!

I have stomach issues making it hard for me to eat in the morning"¦after trying this KOS protein powder and even adding KOS beet powder it tastes great with water or milk. If I want a thicker shake I add strawberry Greek yogurt and it's a yummy shake. I use my shaker cup for mixing which does the job just fine. I would highly recommend this protein powder as I have now ordered it five times and beet powder twice! Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chocolate are my favorites with or without the beet powder.
