Used this plate carrier for airsoft mil-sim and will be using it for my halloween costume as well. It was a great purchase. I was pleased when it came here. It's so easy to put on. You just unclip the side and undo the velcro, slide in from the side and put the velcro back and attach the clip. It's very easy.

The pouches in the front take both M4 and AK style magazines (tried with AK-74 airsoft magazines and real AK-47 magazine as well as real M4 magazine) - so you don't need to purchase any additional pouches or anything unless you want to. The three are enough on the front for what you may need. There is a pistol mag pouch on the upper front near the velcro patches area - I haven't tried it so I don't know what all magazines work with it.

There are also side-mounted radio pouches and I have not tried them either but I hope I will soon. The plate carrier looks tremendously great worn (you look like an action hero when it's worn!) and I think everyone should buy this one.

I cannot get past how good this vest is for the price. It is a plate carrier, I can put m80 ball rated plates in this thing......it come with and Ifak pouch, mag pouch, radio pouch, fits really well, super thick and durable....... Seriously insane quality for the price. Will be getting a second one for those pesky airsoft events when camo isn't allowed!

I bought this for my son (who is 20) for airsoft. I bought a more expensive rig. I had ordered a 10X12 level III+ curved armored plate. When the plate came in, my rig did not fit the armored plate I bought, but worked in this one. Looks like I am buying another one for me.
We played two different days with our rigs. Both worked well for airsoft.

Best bang for your buck and if your getting
this just so you know I'm 6ft1 240 it fits. And the three large pouches do fit AR mags 30 rounds definitely an excellent product im extrmemly happy!

the vest fits perfectly! has a nice weight to it.
