Excellent workmanship but deceptive description

The woodwork is exceptional. The photos are an accurate depiction of the product. However, the assembly hardware are not included and are essential (and expensive). Truth in advertising would assert the hardware should be included and priced fairly.
Sturdy, well-built loft ladder

Bought this to replace a rickety steel ladder that seemed like an accident waiting to happen. The ladder is well built and super sturdy. I painted mine white to match the rest of the room. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. The only issue I have is with the wheels on the floor and track are so smooth that I have to grab the rail as I climb up to prevent the ladder from sliding around. WIsh the bottom wheel would have come with a locking mechanism to prevent this.
