Excelente Escalera, muy versatil, servicio al cliente deficiente
Douglas M.✓ Verified Purchase•August 22, 2023
It's heavy, but extremely sturdy.

I got the deal of a lifetime on this and bought it even though it was a bit bigger than I needed. It is pretty heavy, but not so bad I can't handle it. The weight, however, helps make it extremely sturdy and gives you confidence when you climb. It has all the bells and whistles you could hope for. They make the best ladders on the planet as far as I'm concerned. Not the cheapest, the best.
Just heavy

Works great worth the money. Thank God for the wheels after putting up Christmas lights and taking them down the wheels are there ðŸ˜
Super Sturdy, Easy to use, Heavy

I have always wanted a little giant and now I do. It is just like the commercials, easy to fold, easy to adjust. The adjustable legs on one side of the ladder push down with your foot to the desired length on un even surfaces like stairs, un even dirt, on the driveway edge. These are all of the areas I used my ladder the first day I received it! However, I am a fairly strong person and it is heavy. Pros it is sturdy, cons it is harder to move than a fiberglass ladder. I feel safer for my wife who will be using it to paint the higher parts of our walls in our house.
Good tall ladder, but heavy

The Good:
Tall, sturdy, has wheels to help maneuver, A frame peaks at close to 10 ft.
Bad:
This is a tall ladder, thus pretty heavy. It has wheels, but we generally move it with two people.
Watch your fingers when lowering the ladder; We've had two people get fingers trapped. No broken bones, but use caution.
I was VERY VERY VERY let down that I had to buy trestles in order to turn it into a scaffold. Although I easily bought them after I learned of this, I just think they should be more clear about this part. Plus now I have to keep up with them as a separate item.
