A must for hunting without gloves

I hate wearing gloves. So this was a perfect solution to cold hands. But it doesn't hold up in the slightest in rain. Water will pool inside from rain running down your sleeves.

This is much nicer than my last one. It's big. Holds a good amount of stuff. Just know that the more you stuff in the pocket the less room you will have for your hands. Only thing that would probably make it better wound be to put some Berber fleece Inside for some more heat retention

Very nice at keeping hands warm. Fairly quiet materials. Love the 2 pockets and the caribiner type clips. I wish the harness strap had been removable since I did not need it. But since it had no detach points, I had to cut it off. Also the waterproof pouch is only sewn on the top so when you pull out phone or binos, it likes to pull out as well. Can be loud and irritating.

I am a big fan of Artic Shield products, I have their coats, bids, jackets, gloves, hats, boot covers, and hand muffs. Outstanding products and very thin but very warm. I highly recommend all of their products.
If I had to say anything negative about this vest, I wish that the hand pockets had a better liner, maybe warmer or at least thicker in the pocket like their hand muff.
On the positive side, Great long tail to the back, form fitting and true to size. Camo is very true to form and well defined, Collar is a perfect length and zips nice and snug to prevent wind from diving down your back. Chest packets are perfect size and angle, draw sides are perfectly placed, and zippers are of high quality.
Again, I have owned their products for over 10 years and highly recommend their whole line. I hunt and shoot all over the USA and own a very large gun shop and range so we know our hunting gear ( note: we do not sell clothing nor am I paid or indorsed in any way from this company). Just a very happy customer.
