Item is not Vulcanized Rubber but of a foam material that will cushion light taps when you are in tight spaces and Vice Versa. If you think this was made for regular driving over 5mph you are mistaken. They mention that is only useful for when you are parking and not while driving. The screws that came with it worked for and are not sliding out when I pulled it with considerable force. The black plastic pieces are for covering up the screw heads as seen in the 3rd image. In time I will tell if will hold up. I will edit my review when and only if there's been a change in Quality.
