Excellent Scale, Very VERY Dim OrangeCharsOnBlackBackground Display (inside use only)

Easy to use. Built-in hinged clear plastic windscreen protection for weighing platter (but cheap plastic which I think cover and/or hinges will likely break in near future).
I've had this for 6 months. No probs EXCEPT for VERY VERY dim display, regardless whether or not on 2 new 1.6VDC AAA cells or USB-C +5VDC power cord. So far, unit has never lost calibration. Buttons and USB port are all working fine.
Observations: The 2x20g calib weights less than or equal to within +/- 0.001g of each other (also weighed on pro lab scale and compared to other brand "20g" weights. I'm surprised these weights are so precise. Almost always each shows 20.000g when placed on platter even without first using "Tare"; even other brands' weights are precision)
CON: Significant. When running on USB port power, unit does not pull enough current to keep 5 of 6 of my powerbanks "On" when I'm using one of them instead of the 2xAAA cells. The powerbanks auto-shutoff like they are designed to do when device current draw is really low. Suggestion: digital scale power input COULD be designed to increase current drain on the USB port to keep powerbanks from disabling themselves, yet without increasing current drain when on AAA battery power. That would solve powerbank "problem" without negatively affecting battery life.
Best scale I have used

I'm a coin collector. My favorite coins to collect are gold. Knowing how much they weigh has a Lot of importance to me. I have had several scales in the past 20 years. This is my first milligram scale. The accuracy on this is impressive. I weighed 20 zinc pennies to get a idea of it's accuracy. Ten weighed exactly 2.500 grams. A couple weighed 2.490. Some weighed 2.510. I had some gold coins that my previous scale couldn't seem to get an exact weight. My 1896 1 pond would always show a weight of 8.00 grams. I knew it had to be lower than that. The milligram scale showed a weight of 7.960. That weight looks correct. The coin is in VF condition. it's weight would likely be slightly lower then it's standard 7.988. It was the same case with my 1895 20 mark. 8.00 grams, The milligram scale showed 7.959. My Denmark 1916 20 kroner. 9.00 grams, The milligram scale 8.955. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. I would recommend this scale.
Great for the price

I make custom swaged bullets so accuracy is a very high priority for me. Weighing core and jackets on a beam scale only gives me weight accuracy to within 0.1 grains. This is good but I wanted more accuracy. This scale provides an accuracy of 0.01 grains. For the price point this scale is hard to beat.

Pros: The scale will weigh at least for what I'm doing up to 800 grains and I am generally only concerned with weights from 1.00 grains to up to 250.00 grains. This scale does this well. When it turns on it takes a few seconds to "warm up" but then it ready to go. It's fast and accurate. I'll weight cores and jackets together to get the exact weight I want and when measuring charges it gives me that little bit of extra accuracy. It's great because I can use the powder pan from my RCBS scale and zero it out instantly. I don't have to mess around. For any reloading it's great!!! It's easy to use and it will weigh anything in a variety weight standards that are selectable. I have some check weights I use and this scale is right on! If you're using the metric system it's great and so is the American standard in grains. It's small and lightweight and takes of very little space on my bench. Battery life so far is long. I have the original batteries in it and I've had it for about a month and a half and use it on a regular basis.

The cons: The scale is super sensitive to the slightest variation and if there's any breeze from a vent or a fan over the pan it'll throw different numbers at you. Use the cover and close it if you're experiencing this. It'll get rid of that outside influence. That is the only negative thing about the scale. It's manageable and an easy fix. It comes with 2 pans. If you're using it to weigh powder use your pan from your beam scale because the powder likes to stick to the pan from static.
Compact and accurate

This is a compact and accurate scale.
I checked its accuracy against M1 standard weights, and its accuracy is within ±0.006g at all the weights I tried: 1g, 2g, 5g, 10g, 20g, and 50g.
Its precision with repeated weighing of the same weight is usually exact, sometimes a difference of ±0.003g.
For example, I have two 2g weights, and they consistently weigh 1.996g and 2.004g respectively, so the scale is more precise than my weights.
When I weigh the 2.004g weight 10 times in a row, most readings are 2.004g, with the lowest reading being 2.002g and the highest being 2.006g.
In the range at and above the 20g weight, the measurements are even more consistently precise.
I weighed the 20g weight ten times, and got 19.995g seven times and 19.996g three times.
A combination of my 20g and 2g weight weighed 22.000g ten times in a row.
A 50g weight weighed as 50.000g nine times and 50.002 once.
The precision is so good it comes down vibrations in the countertop or movement in the air (how hard you're breathing).
I use the scale with a Boundless Voyage titanium sake cup that cost $8 and weighs 20.564 or 20.565 grams, depending on how I hold my breath.
I have no affiliation with any of these companies; I'm just impressed with this scale and the sake cup that I use as a powder pan.
Good for the price

The price point is spot on!
But that being said, the weight sometimes differs. Not sure if its to sensitive or it's not the most accurate but the weight sometimes changes without anything being added. Also if the lid had a lock and if it came with a carrying case it would make things much better. But for the price this is a great little scale!
