This should use about 1/3 to 1/2 of a syringe. 2. Insert the tray. Adapt tray side to teeth. 3. Gently wipe off excess gel with tooth brush or clean finger. 4. Ask your dentist for recommendations on length of treatment time. Opalescence recommends ~30 minute treatment time for this strength of bleach.
