I'm a bit thick. I'm 5'5" 215 Lbs so I rolled with the XXL and it's perfect! I did remove the liner and it's definitely more comfortable. And of course the sleeves are long for me cuz I'm vertically challenged but they slip up nicely and there are Velcro wrist straps and a zipper that hold everything in place. Also as expected I am a member of The No Neck Club it actually measures in at 19" and I can't get the neck strap to button. No biggie I just zip it up all the way and it's fine. The strap will almost button so if your neck is 18" or less it should snap perfectly. There is also an additional button if your neck is a little thinner. Overall this is a great jacket. Very comfortable the temps are still a bit warm so I will update when it gets chilly to see how it fairs in the cold.

My son loves the jacket of course it matches his bike fit is perfect but I wish it had more hard plastic just more protection it would have been perfect

The only downside is the white section gets dirty with every few rides.

Fits pretty good overall. I ordered the 2XL, and I'm 6'2" 255 lbs. (dad bod build). It is just a little short, but that has only mattered when I don't wear a longer hoodie under it. The elbow pads are a little off for placement for me, with them being closer to the wrist side of my elbow and the top of the pad hitting the bottom of the elbow. The sleeve length is pretty spot on though, so I'm sure I could find a way to move the pad if I went to someone that does clothing alterations. I've worn this on some fairly cold mornings (35°F) with a shirt and sweatshirt under and was not cold on my upper body. I don't ride in the rain, so I can't speak for it being waterproof. While I appreciate the reflective letters on the back for visibility purposes, I'm not a fan of the brand name on the outside. But the jacket serves is purpose.

What's to Like:

1. Tough outer shell, which includes some in-sown armored pads on the back and four small pads over the chest which are much too small to afford much protection. 2. Visually appealing bright white material which appears to have a seemingly good zipper although having the pull on the left rather than the right side. This appears to be a common thing with Chinese made jackets. 3. Reasonably fast shipping, delivered within 10 days from the order date to the USA customer. 4. Armor pads are so-so, although the back pad is foam, the jacket has an additional 4 in-sown back pads which provide protection as well. 5. Heavy jacket. 6. Claimed to be waterproof ( I haven't tested that yet ).

Where it Falls Short:

1. Not double stitched. 2. The removable five armor pads are mounted onto a non-removable mesh jacket liner which is somewhat flimsy, and will tear with little effort. 3. It also includes an additional zipped "thermal" lining but which is too thin and flimsy to offer much insulation worth considering, except as a protective second liner to the jacket thus protecting the inner mesh lining. 3. Sizing chart is not accurate, as I purchased a Medium that turned out to be really a Small. So if you are purchasing get the next size higher on the sizing chart.

Overall not a bad jacket.
