The media could not be loaded. They didn't have harsh creases from any molds or anything. I don't really wear anything other than surgical steel in my ears but these didn't hurt my ears at all! The jump from 2.4mm to 3.4mm is a little hard but ill make it. Take. It. Slow. And it will work for you. Use jojoba oil and you'll be set!

Color was off that's why I gave 4 easy to use haven't got any infection but everyone is different it's not the product it's your skin not my first time going back up use the spikes and leave in for 3 days and clean once a day then clean and use the plugs for a day not the squishy circles to let it settle then size up to get good gauges and not ripped and dried out itchy mess if hard to push spikes in use water on the spike and ear whole always worked for me but this product is really good to use to size up then having to buy one at a time at hot topic or Spencer's ect worth every penny the only downer is the color is off but it's no big deal still gets the job done

Do not use the rubber tunnels to stretch you'll end up doing more damage to your ears. Size up with the plastic needles, let it settle with them/the plugs and after it's adjusted use the rubber tunnels. They're putting constant pressure on your ears and you don't wanna bust them while stretching.
