I was told by a neighbor that I should try Pain Spray for my hip and back pain. I was skeptical but desperate. Oh my goodness. It really works! I use it almost everyday when I am in pain and it really works. I don't know how but I swear, it has helped me! Give it a try. I got the pack with a spray and a roll on. In the future, I will just get a roll on as it is hard to spray upside down to reach my lower back and/or hips.
