Very easy to use and so convenient. Self cleaning works. Maybe I am picky.... it does a good job but I still feel the finished soy milk needs more filtering. And, the machine is a bit noisy when in use.

The best part about this machine is that your fingers do not need to touch the blade to clean it. Cleaning the glass jar was easy, and the functions are very versatile. I set the delay setting at night and the soy milk is ready in the morning! no filter, no cleaning blades! Yay!

Our previous Joyong soy milk maker finally broke after more than 15 years with us, upgraded to this most high-end model. Because I didn't like the cleaning of the original one. Indeed, the self cleaning works great! Now I made a batch of soy milk almost every Saturday & Sunday, and it is also very convenient that I don't need to soak the beans ahead of time. The only down side is it only makes 1000ml max, a bit small for family of 4. If 1200ml would be perfect. I used it to make coffee, not very efficient, uses more beans than a normal coffee maker does.

We had a cheaper $80 soymilk machine before we bought this and were first concerned about the much higher price tag. However, we hated cleaning the old machine and it actually actively stopped us from using it. After buying this unit we now drink fresh soymilk several times a week and it's self-cleaning makes it so easy to use. It is definitely worth the price and I would suggest it to anyone who is thinking about the upgrade.

But when making soy bean milk, it left behind some coarse which sticks on my throat. I end up to use a hand strainer ! The 20 000 RPM of the cutter advertised doesn't work.
