The fixture is well-packaged and easy to install. But you need a drill and screwdriver to attach to the ceiling, even if you already have a plate installed because there are two clips supporting the weight of the arms that need to be screwed into the wall. It's easy, but tools are needed. The fixture comes without light bulbs, so expect to spend some time to figure out the right style and brightness for your needs.

Light itself is great, just what I wanted for where it is placed. HOWEVER, it should have a finishing ring included for use when installed fixture has a gap surrounding it adjacent to the ceiling.
My option now is to caulk it or try to find a finishing ring to place around the base against the ceiling.

Nice alabaster glass globes brightens the entire room and not just spot lights. Installation a 2 person job; one holds up while other connects wires. Installed with dimmer switch and works well; took some research after we removed old ceiling fan fixture prior to this installation as wiring different than standard fixtures (red house wire in ceiling connected to black on fixture, white on white, black from house wire not used). Works well with G16.5 Candelabra Base (round 4.3 Watt LED bulbs - 40 Watt equivalent). Enough brightness for home office and bonus ability to dim as needed.
With the 6-light fixture, 2 ceiling mounts were included to stabalize ends once desired position is found.
The only issue is it does not snug up to the ceiling. We will need to patch around the gap. I'll have to ask in the Q&A section if anyone else had issue with hanging from ceiling and leaving gap. Could just be because old house and ceiling wiring box is flush with ceiling and not up into ceiling more than new homes? I will update with finished patching.
